103 rescued from Kidnappers in Katsina.

Katsina State government confirmed that security agencies in the state have rescued 103 kidnapped people in the state.

Governor Aminu Bello Masari revealed this while receiving the victims at government house, saying his government continued searching for kidnapped people in the states since Kankara abduction, where gunmen paraded themselves as Boko Haram kidnapped more than 400 students from Government Secondary School Kankara.

“We continued looking for kidnapped people since the Kankara abduction and we are collaborating with the stakeholders to make sure we rescued all our people that are still in captivity”

“I assured you that we did not pay any ransom to the kidnappers its only collective work between Nigerian army and police and other security agencies,” Masari said.

The governor advised the victims to take their ordeal as a test in their lives

News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reports that some of the victims were nursing mothers and girls from six to 16 years
