Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-rufa’i is currently holding a meeting with traditional leaders, religious leaders and civil society organisations in the state.
The purpose of the meeting is still unknown but some reports revealed that its because of the current insecurity bedevilling the state recently.
Kaduna state is one of the northern state ravaged by incessant attacks by bandits and kidnappers.
SAHELIAN TIMES reported that yesterday gunmen attacked UBE primary school in Rama, Birnin Gwari local government in the state, kidnapped pupils and their teacher, though the pupils were later rescued.
Also,on Saturday, security agencies in the state foiled an attack by bandits who stormed a tertiary institution.
