The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Mahmud Abubakar has commissioned a total of 7 road projects in the Kinkinau and Irra Road areas of the Kaduna metropolis.
Abubakar while commissioning the access roads said the projects represent major investments in road transport infrastructure.
The Minister further noted that the Buhari administration has made a commitment to improving road transportation infrastructure as a driver of economic growth and prosperity.
He also appeals to residents of the communities to take ownership of the projects and shun other infractions capable of causing infrastructure decay.
The minister called on the communities to keep peace in order to enhance development.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development embarked on the construction of roads in communities to remove the bottleneck often associated with the transportation of farm products from farms to the urban centres.
