The All Progressive Congress’s (APC) National Reconciliation Committee has stated that it would begin its work with the Kano State chapter of the party on Monday.

Senator Abdullahi Adamu, who serves as the Chairman of the committee, revealed this in an interview with journalists in Abuja.

Abdullahi said that all disgruntled members of the party would be given equal opportunities to present their grievances as step toward resolving the lingering leadership crisis.

According to Abdullahi, the goal is to ensure that all those involved in one or more misunderstandings have been reconciled before the party’s upcoming National Convention.

The Chairman went on to say that the party’s leadership is very concerned about the peaceful coexistence of its members in any given situation.

As a result, he urged all stakeholders to put aside their personal interests in order for the national interest to succeed, stating that the ruling party’s primary goal is to ensure long-term peace and the socioeconomic well-being of Nigerians.
