Reports from Maiduguri says Nigerian Army destroyed multiple bombs planted by Boko Haram terrorists in Marte village, Maiduguri, Borno state.
This is coming less than 48 hours after the Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru gave the army 48 hours ultimatum to destroy every Boko Haram camp in Marte.
Apart from planted bomb destroyed by the army, the terrorists also dispersed in the village to avoid expected airstrike by Nigerian army.
Recall that on Sunday Chief of Army Staff General Ibrahim Attahiru issued 48 hours ultimatum to Nigerian army to destroy Boko Haram camps in Marte, Kirta,Wulgo and Chikingudo villages ravaged by the terrorists in Borno state.
