Forty- eight hours after attacking Abuja-Kaduna train, bandits stormed low cost housing estate in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State, and reportedly abducted a customs officer and his family.
SAHELIAN TIMES gathered that the bandits stormed Kofar Gyan, Zaria, Kaduna State, around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, and unleashed terror on residents.
Residents identified the victim as Alhaji Mu’awiya Gambo Turaki.
However, security operatives were said to have been deployed to the area, causing the miscreants to flee to Gwargwaji.
Bandits in Kaduna have carried out four deadly attacks in the last 48 hours, with many victims abducted.
