At least ten people have been killed and several others, including the village head, kidnapped in a fresh attack by bandits on Garin Guga village in Bakori Local Government, Katsina State,
The bandits, who were armed with heavy weapons, attacked the community in the late hours of Monday morning according to Katsina Post.
Sources said that the incident happened between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
When the bandits arrived in the village, they opened fire, killing ten people, according to sources.
The spokesperson of Katsina State refused to comment on the story when our reporter reached out.
