The governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, has suspended his Chief of Staff, Mr. Anthony Agbazuere, over the trending video that showed him spraying cash on Pastor Odumeje in his office.
The announcement of Mr. Agbazuere’s suspension was made by the Secretary to Abia State Government, Chris Ezem, on Sunday.
”Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has directed the immediate suspension from office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Dr ACB Agbazuere,” he said.
In the trending video, Agbazuere was shown dancing and spraying what looks like a foreign currency on Odumeje; an Onitsha-based clergyman.
The date the video was shot could not independently verified, but it appears to have been in Agbazuere’s office.
