Goods worth millions of Naira were one Wednesday razed in a furniture shop along Murtala Muhammad Way in Kano State.
SAHELIAN TIMES gathered residents prevented the inferno from spreading to buildings close to the shop.
The residents were able to put off the fire but some parts of the building was still in flames as at the time of filing this report.
At the time of writing this report the cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
