In a fresh twist, Kano government has ordered for psychiatric evaluation for Sheikh Abduljabbar
The counsel to Kano State Government, Barr Sa’ida (SAN) has demanded the court to examine the mental health of Sheikh Abduljabbar Nasir Kabara, under section 278 (8) in ACJL.
Barr Sa’ida said this at the hearing of Abduljabbar in the Shari’a court of Kofar Kudu, presided by Ibrahim Sarki Yola.
This is as a result of the incident that happened at the court, in which Abduljabbar kept mum after all the charges against him were read and he couldn’t plead guiilty or not guilty
