Unknown gunmen attacked and kidnapped more than 50 people in Bassa village, Shiroro local government in Niger state.
The report says the incident happened in the early hours of Thursday, 28th January, after the gunmen rode in on their motorcycles and attacked the community.
The attack happened when the people of the community were going out for their daily activities but were forced to run into the bush for their lives.
