The Federal Government of Nigeria has named the Idu Railway Complex — including the Idu Railway Station of Abuja – Kaduna – Rail and the Light Rail Station of the FCT Abuja Metro, and associated facilities — after Amina J Mohammed, Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations.
This was contained in a statement released by the Transportation Minister, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi has announced.
