Abdullahi was also asked to return to the DSS headquarters on Monday by 3:00 pm.

Abdullahi, had, on his Facebook page, posted a picture of Ms Nasir with a caption, “Malala ta shushe mu”, meaning “Malala has deceived us,” shortly after the Pakistani born activist announced her marriage.

This post prompted Zainab to threatened legal action against him.

“I’m writing this to let Ibrahim Sarki Abdullahi know that I’m on the process of taking a legal action against him and refunds for the damages caused by his behavior through using my picture and turning it into subject of ridicule in public. I spoke to my family and close friends and I accept the kind advices by them to take an action legally to protect myself and preserve my dignity,” Zainab posted.
