Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje sets up a committee to probe the state University of Science and Technology (KUST), Wudil.
The Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, on Wednesday, said the State Executive Council (SEC) have adopted the white Paper Report of the Visitation Panel to the university.
Garba, noted that Ganduje has approved the constitution of an Inter-agency Investigative Panel into the state institution.
The Permanent Secretary, Establishment, Office of the Head of Civil Service is the chairman of the committee.
The constitution of the committee was part of the recommendation made by the Visitation Panel to the university, SAHELIAN TIMES gathered.
Ganduje said he will soon inaugurate the committee.
