“Breaking barriers and bridging the gaps”

ENGAUSA is the house of wisdom and a citadel of innovations. Through the Engausa Talent Hunts program, young talented people that cannot be heard or appreciated in our society are being identified, mentored, and cheerfully celebrated.

Without elements of doubt, our society is made up of talented kids, but as a result of overwhelming social barriers, absence of career counsellors, mentors, encouragement and guidance platforms, these kids give up their dreams. Consequently, the talent becomes untapped and wasted.

In search of the missing link, the Engausa Talent Hunt program identified yet another genius who prides his ingenuity through artistic painting. A student of Engausa and university graduate, Jabir found his missing link just recently.

But the question is: Where did he go from there? I mean, will he abandon his university degree and nurture his new discovered love for painting? That is where mentorship chipped in.

Many people are afraid to sail a new course for their lives. To throw off the bowlines and become self-dependent seems a herculean task for some talented kids because that is not where our society wants them to be.

But then, Jabir is lucky. Lucky in the sense that he found himself in the house of wisdom, the citadel of endless possibilities – the ENGAUSA GLOBAL TECH HUB.

The missing link is identified. Dots connected. Jabir was discovered and interviewed by the management of Engausa. As a fresh graduate, Jabir amazingly has his way through scenery arts of both seascape and landscape.

The story of Jabir is the same with unheard and unidentified youths within our society. Our society is blessed and buried naturally with unearthing talents. It is a moral obligation for us to identify these young talents within, celebrate and encourage them through their journey of life.

Our system of education today does not encourage young minds to focus on what they are skillfully good at and build on that talent business-wise. Rather, students will be forcefully spoon-fed with the hypothesis that doesn’t even ring a bell in their head — in the garbage in and garbage out process.

At ENGAUSA GLOBAL TECH HUB, we deem it necessary to identify the likes of Jabir and financially support their talents. We have already bought some of his amazing works and integrated him into the ENAGUSA TALENTED KIDS pool.

The ENGAUSA Talent Hunts is designed to technologically encourage and financially support talented kids in our society, thereby, instilling motivating factor of doing more, of achieving more, of striving for nothing but excellence.

Through applications of Reverse Engineering of some gadgets under this program, our talented kids have produced robots, cars, helicopter, and toys.
