An internal conflict between two bandit camps is said to have worsened in recent days.
The conflict occurs between bandits from the Batsari camp and those from the Zamfara camp.
According to a source, the bandits in the Batsari camp have launched a series of attacks on any bandit identified to belong to the Zamfara camp, and loyal to the notorious bandits’ leader Dangote.
In a report Sahelian Times monitored from Aminiya newspaper, Abu Radda is controlling Nahuta, Madogara, Zamfarawa, and Tashar Madibbo, as well as a number of other communities.
He was reported to have issued an order to all of his men to apprehend any bandits who are not under his control.
Furthermore, another bandit leader, Abdu Mai Komi, who controls Gobirawa, Garin Runji, Garin Yara, Kondatso, and Yasure, has sworn an allegiance to Abu Radda.
The two leaders, according to sources, carried out the attacks in Batagarawa Local Government.
Shortly after the Batagarawa attack, Dangote’s camp was reportedly ambushed by Abu Radda and Abdul Mai komi.
They robbed Dangote’s camp and killed some of his members in the process.
The incident occurred in the presence of the community’s residents.
Some bandits loyal to Dangote’s camp have fled the forest for safety.
