An Upper Area Court sitting in Abuja has on Wednesday revoked the bail of a popular aphrodisiac dealer, Hauwa Mohammed popularly known as Jaruma.

Jaruma was arraigned in court on January 25 for alleged character defamation, fake news publication, and social media intimidation of business mogul Ned Nwoko.

The presiding Judge Justice Ismaila Abdullahi ordered the re-arrest of Jaruma following her and her lawyers’ absence from court.

He therefore ordered that she be remanded in the Suleja Correctional Centre.

The Judge also postponed the case until March 17, 2022.
