Bandits kidnapped two Chinese workers at the Zungeru Hydro Power Dam project in Niger State, killing two security guards in the process.
Alhaji Ahmed Matane, Secretary to the Niger State Government, confirmed this to journalists in Minna on Wednesday.
He stated that more details would be provided later.
