President Muhammadu Buhari has declared his supports for the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) move to redesign the Naira notes.
According to the president, the change in naira notes will benefit Nigeria greatly.
He went on to say that he did not consider the three-month transition period to the new notes to be short.
”People with illicit money buried under the soil will have a challenge with this but workers, businesses with legitimate incomes will face no difficulties at all,” Buhari said.
