A High Court sitting in Kebbi has restored Prince Uche Secondus as the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The presiding Judge has ordered that Secondus should be allowed to exercise all his constitutional rights as the Chairman of the Party.
It will be recalled that PDP had earlier announced the National Deputy Chairman to take over from Secondus. This injunction, coming from a court of coordinate jurisdiction, will now pave way for factional leadership to emerge in the crisis-riddled party.
