The Federal Government of Nigeria has extended the NIN-SIM linkage by 8 weeks. According to the Federal Government, the new deadline is now April 8 it was announced on Tuesday morning.
The reason for the extension was not explained but it can be seen from the untold hardship and large crowds at registration centers in the COVID-19 pandemic that extension is imminent.
