Armed Boko Haram terrorists, suspected of being members of ISWAP faction, burned down government secondary and primary schools in Ban-Burutai.
The schools are six kilometers from the Biu Local Government Area.
According to a counter insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, the incident occurred on Saturday.
At the time of writing this report, it was unclear whether or not any lives had been lost in the incident.
