The All Progressives Congress ( APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, was conspicuously absent on Thursday, when the presidential candidates of political parties signed of the now-customary peace pact.
Tinubu’s running mate, Kashim Shettima, however, represented his boss at the occasion while Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Peter Obi of the Labour Party attended in person.
