The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has overturned a lower court’s ruling that granted Senator Ibrahim Shekarau-led faction control of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kano State.
The presiding Judges, Justice Haruna Tsammani, B. I. Gafai, and J. Amadi, ruled in favour of the Governor Abdullahi Ganduje faction in all three appeals lodged against the judgments of the lower courts.
