Residents of Guringawa in Kumbotso Local Government Area, Kano State have waken up on Sunday with a devastating sight when kids discovered the corpse of a woman in an abandoned building.
The corpse was first sighted by the children playing around the building, who immediately began shouting upon noticing blood flowing from a wrapped sack.
According to Freedom Radio, the residents of the community rushed to open the sack only to discovered a woman dead, stucked in there.
The murderers, suspected to be ritualists, had amputated her limbs before dumping her body in the building.
The district head of the community Alhaji Ghali Sulaiaman confirmed the incident and urged people not to panic because the police have commenced an investigation to unravel the circumstances of her death.
