KUST starts part-time degree programs

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted approval for the commencement of part-time degree programmes at Kano State University Science and Technology Wudil (KUST).

This was disclosed by the Director Institute of Continuous and Innovative Education of the university Prof. Abubakar Musa on Friday.

The director noted that the programmes will run on the campus and at study centers of the university located in Kano State Sports Institute, Karfi and Kano State Institute of Information Technology, Kura.

The part-time programmes approved by NUC are: B.A Agricultural Science, B.Sc. Geography, B.Sc. Mathematics. Others are: B.Sc. (Ed.) Geography and B.Sc. (Ed.) Mathematics.
B.Sc. (Ed.) Physics, B.Sc. (Ed.) Chemistry, B.Sc. (Ed.) Biology a d B.Sc. (Ed.) Agricultural science.

According to the university, the programmes will commence in the 2020/2021 academic session.
