The Former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, has chides the intention of the administration of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to borrow N20 billion naira to build a flyover bridge.
In an interview with the BBC, he said that when he was in charge of the state affairs, he built the existing flyovers without external borrowing.
Kwankwaso added that the priority of the state should be educational development, and the training of youths on vocational skills not flyovers.
