The suspended Chairman of Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission (PCACC), Barr. Muhuyi Magaji Rimin Gado, may secure a court order to avert his imminent sack by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
SAHELIAN TIMES gathered that some lawyers of the Commission were reportedly seen in the premises of a court in the state struggling to get a restraining order.
In another development, Sahelian Times learned that Governor Ganduje has already shopped the replacement of the embattled Magaji.
On Monday the State House of Assembly, based on a petition received from the Office of the Accountant General, suspended the Magaji to pave way for a smooth full scale investigation.
