Fire guts the Lagos office of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) in Yaba in the early hours of Wednesday.
Some workers, who resumed at WAEC as early as 7:30am were already in their offices before the fire ignited.
The cause of the fire which started was yet to be ascertained.
The fire had broken out at the middle of the high-rise building as those trapped in the building were seen frantically calling for help.
Emergency responders have been mobilised to the scene.
