A Professor of Medical Microbiology, poet, columnist, and member editorial board of Sahelian Times Newspapers, Dr. Faruk Sarkinfada, has lost his mother.
He made the announcement today on his Facebook page.
The deceased has since been buried in Kano, according to Islamic rites.
