The second daughter of former Premier of the Northern Nigeria and Sardauna of Sokoto, late Sir. Ahmadu Bello, Hajiya Aishatu Ahmadu Bello, has died at the age of 75.
Aisha was a mother to Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alhaji Hassan Ahmadu Dan Baba.
A source who confirmed her death, said that she died after a brief illness at a hospital in Dubai.
The deceased will be flown back to Sokoto from Dubai for burial according to Islamic rites.
