As exclusively reported by SAHELAIN TIMES an Abuja High Court on Tuesday declared the Kano State All Progressive Congress (APC) congresses held by the Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje-led faction null and void.

The presiding judge, Justice Hamza Muazu, upheld the party’s congresses held by Senator Ibrahim Shekarau’s faction.

The Judge ruled that the Shekarau-led faction, “dubbed G-7,” conducted the election, which was signed by the APC’s 7-man committee.
