A Facebook page with over 38,000 Nigerian followers has allegedly been a platform for teaching teenagers how to perform money rituals.

The Ogun State Police Command paraded a teenager, Soliu Majekodunmi, earlier this week for the alleged murder of his 17-year-old girlfriend, Sofiyah.

According to the suspect, he searched on Facebook for ‘how to make money ritual,’ which led him to the page.

He claimed that he was directed to behead and burn a female skull in a local pot.

SAHELAIN TIMES checks revealed that, the group ‘Ogun Owo ati Osole todaju’ has over 38 thousand followers at the time of writing this report.

The page’s administrator teaches people how to perform money rituals by decapitating a human head.

The group also has a featured image of concocted food inside a local plate.

The Association of Traditional Worshippers has urged the Federal Government to take action against those who claim to have power to enrich others.

They contended that no Yoruba deity was ever recorded using human or other body parts to gain wealth.
