An outbreak of suspected toxic substances triggered medical emergency among the residents of a Kano city’s suburb on Friday.
Many of the victims are children of primary school age.
The incident happened around Sharada, which has one of the biggest manufacturing hubs in the state.
Many of the victims have been transported to nearby medical facilities by relatives for proper medical attention when filling this report.
