Few weeks after Former President Donald Trump was banned from using his favorite social media account on Twitter which he used to bash political opponents, he now says that the app is “boring”
“We don’t want to get back to Twitter,” Trump says on Newsmax, complaining Twitter “harassed” him and and saying the website is “boring” now.
When asked about a comeback on social media Trump said he is “negotiating with a number of people”. “There’s also the other option of building your own site, because we have more than anybody so you can literally build your own site,” Trump added, alluding to his large base supporters.
Trump was banned from Twitter last month following the deadly Jan. 6 riots that interrupted Congress’ certification of President Biden’s electoral college win.
Just before the ban, Trump tweeted about the election and said he would not attend Biden’s inauguration. Twitter said that in a broader context, the tweets violated the company’s “Glorification of Violence” policy.
