Zanna may succeed Muhammed as new IGP

Barring any last minutes change of mind by the Presidency, Assistant Inspector General of Police Zanna Mohammed Ibrahim may succeed Ibrahim Garba Adamu as the new Acting Inspector General of Police.

Ibrahim, an indigene of Borno State, was born on November, 26, 1962 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Masters degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies both from the University of Jos, Plateau State.

He was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force, on 15th March, 1988.

AIG Zanna is currently the Provost of Police College Wudil.
